How to get to Poznań
Poznań Airport (Ławica Airport) is located about 7 km from the city centre. In 2016 it serviced more than 1.7 mln passengers and handled approx. 25 000 air operations. The airport is well-connected with the city center by public transport (bus lines 59, 48 and night bus line 242). There are bus stops right in front of the passenger terminal and in its close vicinity. Public transport tickets are available at the newspaper stands both in the arrival hall (terminal T3) and in the departure hall (terminal T2), as well as in the ticket booth located at the bus stop in front of the departure hall. Poznań has the railway hub with easy domestic and international connections with major European cities. The Poznań Główny railway station is an integral part of a multifunction integrated communication centre. The station is located in the city centre, in the vicinity of the bus station and Poznań International Fairs (Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie). PKS Station (Bus Transport Company) is located in the same building as Poznań Main Railway Station. It provides both domestic and international transport services. | |
You can get to Poznań driving A2 motorway. It provides direct links to Berlin (250km) and Warsaw (310km). The city centre is covered by the Parking Zone. Fare is collected for each vehicle parked within the zone. |
